Explore ways of unlocking your creativity and physical expression in this workshop. Jenni Jackson will share ways into making solo work, using autobiography, language and movement. The tasks, improvisations and exercises will serve as a provocation for your arts practice, with a view to getting your idea out of your head and into the space.
You do not need to have a fully formed idea, or a show already in development to participate. Be prepared to move, write and play.
