Opportunities – Pick of the Week: Making Work Using Performance and Improvisation Techniques

Each week we look through our pile of writing opportunities to pick out one we think is particularly worth your time. It could be an innovative brief, great prize money, a high-profile company, or just plain fun.

This week’s pick: London Playwrights Zoom Workshop: Making Work Using Performance and Improvisation Techniques

Description: Stuck on getting that one scene right? Lost for inspiration and ideas to start your next play? Getting tired of writing at your desk alone?  Come to this practical workshop exploring how you can use improvisation techniques when writing.

Why is it so great? We’re picking this one out to get you out of your comfort zone so you can find inspiration and generate new ideas! This session is totally suitable for beginners (no acting experience necessary!), takes place on Zoom, and costs just £9 for members (£13 non-members). We’ll explore how you can use improvisation techniques to help you get creative when writing. It takes place on 26th April so get booking!
