Channel 4 has announced the winners of the Channel 4 Playwrights Scheme, who will receive £7,000 and a year’s attachment to a theatre to support the development of a new play.
The winners are:
- Clara Brennan – Soho Theatre
- Zodwa Nyoni – West Yorkshire Playhouse
- Simon Longman – Pentabus Theatre
- Morna Pearson – Traverse Theatre
- Chris Thompson – Finborough Theatre
