Just Some Theatre Company are looking to commission a script writer for a future production.
The commission would operate on a rights agreement basis, that is if and when the script is produced the script writer would receive a pre-arranged percentage of ticket royalties, agreed by both parties prior to beginning work on the project and backed by a contract.
The concept and rough plot have already been devised by the company, and they are looking for a dialogue writer to bring it to life and bring new ideas to the table.
Just Some Theatre’s latest play, Coward, by James Martin Charlton received great reviews in London and Brighton, was Arts Council funded and the script was published by Playdead Press, they hope to achieve similar goals with this project and work alongside a writer to make a great piece of theatre.
