LPW: FREE #WrAP2019 feedback session & member meetup!

On a quarterly basis, we organise a get-together with our members. This a friendly, informal gathering that offers a chance to chat with like-minded writers and meet the LPW Team!

Our next meetup will take place on Saturday 2 March 2019 at the Old Diorama Studios, and we thought it, after #WrAP2019, it would be the perfect opportunity for you to share some of your work and get some feedback from other LPW members.

How does it work? members are invited to bring in 5 pages of their script  for sharing in the group and during the session, there will be plenty of opportunity to try out your ideas, discuss your work and get some tips for redrafting from the LPW team.

What time is it?  the session is planned to run from 2pm – 4pm but if there is high demand for the event, we may split the session in to two time slots – we want to make sure everyone gets the chance to share their work and we don’t want to turn members away! If this happens, we’ll start the first session at 1pm. We’ll confirm this in the new year, once we’ve got a better idea of numbers. After the session, we’ll head to the bar next door so you can carry on the conversation!

Do I need to have participated in #WrAP2019 to attend? Nope, we’d love to catch up with as many of our members as possible, so if you didn’t take part in WrAP this time around, don’t let it put you off. Feel free to bring 5 pages with you from any script you’ve been working on!

What should I bring with me? Please bring enough copies of your 5 pages for the characters in your play to share 1 between 2.

How to book: members can book their free tickets here. Please note, booking is absolutely essential so that we can plan the session accordingly.

Not a member yet? You can sign up for around the price of a coffee per month and get access to events such as these, #WrAP2019 and many more exciting member benefits. Read more here.
