Plays Rough London accepting submissions for new writing night ‘Theatre Without Sight or Sound’.

Submit a play for Plays Rough London’s twelfth new-writing night – ‘Theatre Without Sight or Sound’.
They are staging six 5-15 minute plays: three for a blindfolded audience and three without any sound.
“We want you to use this brief to break the boundaries of theatre. In order to be creative we have to experiment. We are a space where you can take risks and fail, so that when you succeed it is spectacular not safe.”
The chosen plays will be performed on the 14th and 15th of April at The Old Red Lion Theatre.
Participants will receive feedback, as well as photos and a video of their play.
Plays Rough London have premiered 55 short plays.  Some of which have gone onto full-length shows across the globe at the Edinburgh, Camden, Prague, Adelaide and Sidney Fringes as well as London venues such as The Space (Isle of Dogs) and the Vaults, and regional theatres like The York Theatre Royal.
