If you are a playwright and you would like to know how to get your play successfully commissioned by a theatre, then join our intimate workshop with the Almeida Theatre Literary Manager Stephanie Bain.
This 90 minute workshop will open up the process of submitting a play and having a play commissioned. Stephanie will also speak about what she considers when reading a play. You will receive valuable advice, have the opportunity to engage with Stephanie by asking any questions you have, analyse materials and examples and above all, learn how to make the words on the page become a reality.

ABOUT STEPHANIE
Stephanie Bain is the Literary Manager at the Almeida Theatre, where she plays a key role in the development and imagination of the artistic programme. Prior to her role at the Almeida, Stephanie was a Literary Agent at The Wylie Agency and a freelance script reader for the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting and the Bush Theatre.
