Paines Plough is the UK’s leading theatre company in developing writers, and producing and touring ambitious, socially relevant new plays that reach audiences right across the UK. Each year nearly 30,000 people see a Paines Plough show or take part in one of our events. We tour to theatres, village halls, festivals, student unions, and in our own pioneering state of the art touring theatre, Roundabout. In 2019 we co-founded the flagship project the Women’s Prize for Playwriting with Ellie Keel. An open access prize, this is now an anchor in our work in proactively ‘levelling up’ writer gender inequality in theatre.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team. The role is positioned at the heart of the organisation supporting the Executive Director with the company’s day to day activity through efficient finance processes, proactive office management, and by facilitating communication across the team.
