The Bomb Factory Theatre is a women-led emerging theatre company platforming work by women and non-binary identifying writers. They are looking to programme a selection of emerging women and non-binary identifying playwrights to create a piece of work using the provocation made by infamous influencer Molly Mae Hague: “Beyoncé has the same 24 hours in the day that we do and I just think, like, you’re given one life and it’s up to you what you do with it, you can literally go in any direction.”
They are currently accepting submissions for a number of extracts, full-length pieces, monologue and duologues that use the concept of ‘24-hours in a day’ as a springboard for their work. Submitted material should be a maximum of around fifteen minutes long.
Bomb Factory Theatre particularly want to encourage applications from candidates who are Global Majority and diverse in terms of ethnicity, class and disability.
To apply, please email your submission to hello@bombfactorytheatre.com by Monday 20th
February at 12pm alongside an Equal’s Opportunity Form, which can be found in the link below.
