Bookmark magazine TYPE! has a new website, a new newsletter, and is looking for submissions of flash fiction, poetry, six-word stories, micro-plays, micro-screenplays, and illustrations.
Launched in January 2021, TYPE! has featured incredible new writing across
eight action-packed issues. Our team is now preparing issue #9.
Each issue of TYPE! is free to read and created on a single A4 or US Letter-
sized sheet. This means anyone can print, fold and read the magazine before using it as a handy bookmark.

There are no fees to submit, and no payment for being featured, although we
do help contributors to promote their work. Submission carries no guarantee of
feedback or inclusion — we can only respond to writers whose work we wish to
feature in TYPE!.
In addition to the magazine, we have launched new free resources for writers,
including prompts and tips — available on the resources section of our website.
A new weekly newsletter features writing prompts, submission opportunities,
forthcoming workshops and writing news. Writers can subscribe for free at
