A Play, a Pie and a Pint run two yearly open submission windows – two opportunities for them to read new work, both by writers who are new to PPP and by writers who have written for them before.
Window 1 is for Emerging Playwrights (Open 25th of May 2026 to 3rd of August 2026).
Window 2 is for Established Playwrights (Open 10th August to 5th October).
Both windows are for writers aged 18+ who are Scottish or Scotland-based
