Each week we look through our pile of writing opportunities to pick out one we think is particularly worth your time. It could be an innovative brief, great prize money, a high-profile company, or just plain fun.
This week’s pick: Graeae Theatre – Script Submission Window
Description: Graeae Theatre has opened their script submission window which allows them to connect with Deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse playwrights who are new to them.
Why is it so great? Graeae is “a force for change in world-class theatre, boldly placing Deaf and disabled actors centre stage and challenging preconceptions”, they are committed to building long-term relationships with playwrights, developing and championing their talent. If you’re a Deaf, disabled, and/or neurodiverse playwright who is new to Graeae, then it’s worth sending in your script via their latest submission window to potentially build a relationship with them. The window is open until 30 June!
