The Jack Studio seeks an experienced dramaturg for their annual new writing festival. Now in its sixth year, the Write Now festival will produce two staged readings and one full production of new and unperformed plays submitted to the theatre.
Role entails:
- reading the three selected scripts, and meeting the playwrights/directors to discuss potential development prior to rehearsals
- there will be a maximum of two meetings per playwright, arranged in mid-March/early April (timings will be flexible)
- attending a couple of rehearsals for the full production (May)
