January 2016 sees the launch of The Scenic Route’s new company of young theatre makers, ‘New Routes’
The company will comprise of a select number of theatre makers in training – all between the ages of 18 and 25 – who will work together over the length of the course to create an original piece of theatre for performance. Their process will be supported by industry mentors.
The Scenic Route invites artists from across the theatrical disciplines (including writers and composers!) to apply to be part of this exciting course.
Course dates and times:
- Sunday January 10th – March 13th (incl) – 9.30 am – 1.30 pm
- Sunday 20th March – All day rehearsal and evening performance
- Monday 21st March- Evening performance (At the Red Hedgehog Theatre, Highgate)
- Auditions/interviews will take place on Saturday 19th December (At Etcetera Theatre, Camden)
