So, what’s so great about it? Full disclosure: I made the shortlist last year for musical theatre, so I’m writing from personal experience on this one. This opportunity is brilliant because it provides the support to develop something new, crucial for young artists. The combination of both mentorship and financial support is a pretty powerful combo. The interview process with a panel of industry experts is demanding but quite exciting, and a brilliant experience regardless of whether you win.
