Have you got a boxed up tale about our messed up world? Goblin Baby are open for new writing submissions!
Please make sure your monologue fulfills all of the following criteria:
- Theme ‘Alone Inside the Box’ (which can be interpreted as literally or abstractly as you wish)
- One actor (any gender, age, ethnicity)
- Topical (though it does not necessarily need to be about those topics most discussed in the media)
- Running Time 10 to 20 minutes
- Minimal needs in terms of staging and props
- Writer must be based in the United Kingdom
- Scripts must be submitted in one single file and in pdf or word format
Monologues may have been performed before and all writers will receive a share of money made from ticket sales. We will assign directors and cast from our pool of associates and collaborators, but if you already have a team on board/in mind please specify this in the comments section.
