Secret Hour Theatre seeks shorts on subject of ‘secrets’ for Camden Fringe

Secret Hour Theatre are looking for 15 minute duologues and monologues for Secrets, a new writing night taking place at the Camden Fringe 2017.

The duologues/monologues must respond to the theme: Secrets.

Secrets will showcase four unique pieces of new writing. Each piece should reveal an important secret about the character(s). How, when and why this is revealed is entirely up to you.

Secret Hour Theatre says it aims to intimately portray stories with a sensitive and psychological perspective. “We are particularly interested in receiving scripts that address mental health, gender, sexism and prejudice.”

What to submit:

  •  Pieces must be 15 minutes in length
  • A monologue or duologue
  •  Minimal lighting and sound requirements
  • Can be any genre but must be written for the stage

How to apply: Please send in PDF or Word to secrethourtheatre@gmail.com

      Hi Ginny,

It’s worth contacting the organisers directly with any questions, although we were under the impression that Secret Hour would produce the shorts to take to the festival.

      Best wishes!
