Creating engaging and commercially strong video scripts and voice over for our digital channels, you will have the opportunity to participate in a real range of projects. In our Studio, no two days are ever the same as there is such a variety of products, how to guides and feature videos to work with. Responsible for 100% of the creation and narration of in-house video scripts and voice overs, you will be reaching millions of customers by way of high volume, quality video content showcased across a range of digital channels including web, mobile, tablet and the Argos app. If you also have exceptional diction and a compelling tone of voice, this role would perfectly compliment your skill set.
About Bradwell Media Centre: Bradwell Media based in Bradwell Abbey, Milton Keynes is the biggest in-house studio in the UK, producing around 45,000 photos and videos each year for Argos, parent Company Home Retail Group and its other Companies, Homebase and Habitat.
Core skills / Talent Showcase:
- They require an experienced script writer or copywriter with the confidence and gravitas to deliver clear and engaging voiceovers.
- With the ability to work individually as well as collaboratively with a wider team, you will have excellent communication skills.
- Strong research gathering and copywriting skills are highly desired as well as a proven (or hidden!) talent for narration/voice over.
- If you can prove exceptional research gathering and copywriting skills as well as excellent diction and a strong tone of voice, they would be willing to consider minimal voice over experience.
