Job Description
This is a role for someone who is seeking Producer experience/has experience of this role/transferable skills. Due to the nature of The Writer’s Mark being self-funded, we would require a producer’s commitment to be voluntary initially with the hope of being part of future funding applications and growth, where salary would be discussed further.
The Writer’s Mark is a Company that celebrates the life and works of artists from our past through art and live theatre performances. The nature of this work is surreal in form, branching into different areas of storytelling through research into the writers life, works and letters. In February 2024, we launched at Fabrica (Brighton) to create an event involving art installations and performances; in the celebration of the writer – Franz Kafka. Local theatre makers, artists and actors were part of our launch, from the Sussex surrounding area. Ideally the person for this role would be London/Brighton based.
