PART-TIME (28 hours per week)
FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL APRIL 2022
£19,487 (Full time equivalent £24,359)
Heart of Glass are inviting someone who is at the beginning of their career to join our organisation, and bring life to our programmes through storytelling.
We welcome all ideas, and we are open to the form in which these stories may take; this could be short films, creative writing, podcasts, illustrations etc. etc!
This role will see someone join the team to work with our community collaborators, partners, artists and audiences over the next 12 months, to communicate the stories behind the making of the art work and people’s engagement with it. This means lots of cups of tea, listening, talking, reflecting and the re-telling of our work in accessible and engaging ways for a range of audiences.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in art and creative practices and passionate about the lives of and power of communities.
Someone who has great listening skills and can document our work in creative ways. We know that experience can come from many different fields – be that formal education, previous practice, informal learning, or lived experience.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm on Monday 5th April 2021
Interviews will be held via Zoom on Tuesday 13th April 2021
