Director Dermot Daly, one of the hosts at Leeds Playhouse had this to say about Flashmob:
‘Writers are the lifeblood of theatre, the reason why theatrical hearts beat. Playwrights in the hearts of their theatres, meeting, talking, writing, thinking, making and doing it at the same time up and down the nation allows for a sense of community. Seeing this happen last year allowed for connection and a louder heartbeat; time to do that again’
