Introducing ‘Mix Up’: a free online space for UK-based playwrights.
Hosted by ScriptEM and supported by Sheffield Theatres, Mix Up is a new playwright-only forum for writers based all across the UK, in which they set the agenda to talk about what matters to them.
Taking place online on Friday 25th July from 7-9pm, and following the ‘Open Space’ method, this session is designed to support advocacy, career-building and community between playwrights across the UK.
Deadline for applications: Friday 11th July, 5pm.
Sign up and submit a topic for discussion, building on the Open Question, “What would you change about theatre (for no money)?”
Submitted topics will form the focus for mini break-out rooms, to guide discussion, looking for practical solutions to professional barriers.
A space to talk playwriting, career and opportunities. To build new connections, get support, learn from one another. Or even just moan a bit.
