The fund awards five £5000 bursaries to emerging artists bringing their first shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival

You can head to the Shedinburgh website for more info, but key details are as follows:

  1. The fund opens for applications on 11 March, but the questions are already available on our website to give people time to apply.
  2. It’ll close either when we hit 150 applications, or on 1 April, whichever comes first.
  3. To be eligible, it must be the company’s first time bringing a show to Edinburgh Fringe, and the show must not have been performed more than 6 times before. The company must be UK-based, and the show must be live, in-person, and registered for the Fringe for at least 10 performances. There are no genre, venue, age, or background restrictions.

Deadline: 1 April or when 150 applications are received.
