TheDCC (Divided Culture Co.)Playwriting Prize 2025 is exclusively for writers born in and/or based full time in the North West of England, they are looking for an unperformed, full-length (60 minutes plus) play.
The competition is free to enter and the winning playwright will receive £1000 and have their play produced for its first public performances.
How to apply: Submissions are a two step process: 1) complete the application form 2) email playwriting@dividedcultureco.com with the play in PDF file titled ‘Your Name + Name of Play’.
