Since our beginning in January 2023 Theatrical Shenanigans has produced the works of 30 playwrights across the world, could you be one we produce in the future? –

Our submissions window for Theatrical Shenanigans and Mini Shenanigans Season 4 is open now until Midday (UK time) on Sunday 30th June.

Full guidelines detailed below.
We are looking for 10 plays to make up each season and the guidelines are as follows:

Theatrical Shenanigans – Season 4
Looking for:

Scripts between 15 – 20 Pages
Scripts with 4 characters MAX
Scripts written for audio (Minimal visuals)
Any theme or subject matter
No Monologues
No Musicals
One submission per playwright
The 10 winning plays will be produced in the 4th Season of Theatrical Shenanigans (Jan-May 2025)

Mini Shenanigans – Season 4
Looking for:

Scripts up to 10 Pages
Scripts with 4 characters MAX
Scripts written for audio (Minimal visuals)
Any theme or subject matter
No Monologues
No Musicals
One submission per playwright
The 10 winning plays will be produced in the 4th Season of Theatrical Shenanigans (May-July 2025)

Please send Script in PDF format (Does NOT need to be formatted as radio play)
In subject line please write either “THEATRICAL SHENANAIGANS SUBMISSION” or “MINI SHENANIGANS SUBMISSION”. While you can only submit one play to each opportunity you can submit to both the main season and mini shenanigans.

However, if submitting to both please send separately
Submission window closes – Midday (UK Time) Sunday 30th June
Winners Announced – Midday (UK Time) Saturday 6th July
