The John Thaw Studio is an intimate black box studio with a capacity of 55, located in The Actors Centre, London. The Actors Centre is the UK’s leading professional development organisation, supporting actors and creative talent throughout their careers. The John Thaw Studio is a home for new writing and offers a year-round programme of work, focusing on productions in development. We are delighted to offer the space on a box office split.
The John Thaw Studio programme consists of:

- The John Thaw Initiative
- Work currently in development
- Productions that encourage diversity on stage
- Minimal technical requirements

There is no Actor’s Centre. No John Thaw studio. Nothing for writers. Sadly all gone.
