INK has a new writing project for Christmas, An INKy Christmas with BBC Radio Suffolk.
Write A MONOLOGUE OR A DUOLOGUE – to be no more than 2 MINUTES in length, with a Christmas theme.
Choose a Christmas song – be it a popular Christmas song, a Christmas classic, or a carol. Anything from John Tavener to Slade! – and include a sentence, or part of a sentence, from your chosen song in the piece.
Give the script a title, but don’t give away what the song is!
The best entries will be recorded by professional actors, and aired by BBC Radio Suffolk on the Evening Show until Christmas, along with each chosen song.
Open to writers of any age or experience across the UK.
Please send your script – with your name and title on your submission – to jane@inkfestival.org
Deadline: 6 November (extended from 30th October) 2020
