Theatre Peckham are delivering a writing programme for 6 emerging young writers and we wanted to share this news around!
Writers between the ages of 14-21 will take part in a 4-week programme to hone their craft and skill in writing poetry, prose and industry tips on breaking through as a writer. There is no entry fee. Writers must submit a response to a Megha Harish haiku titled
“speaking two cultures
easier than two languages
always tongue twisted”
This can be done in poetry, prose, part of a script and even song lyrics! Whatever tickles your fancy! Just be creative in your writing and think outside the box!
