London Contemporary Play reading workshops for actors and writers

Plays are meant to be seen and heard, not read by oneself!
This playreading group is an inspiring way to get a feel for plays you have not seen and start to enter and inhabit the world of that play. Participants can attend on a drop-in basis to discover a new play or can attend on an ongoing basis with the chance to develop new work for performance.

“We will be reading new plays each week from a juicy crop of new writing by Duncan Macmillan, Mike Bartlett, Abi Morgan et al. NEXT MEETING THURSDAY 9TH JUNE 7PM IN NEW CROSS. Actors have the opportunity to take home a copy of the script each time.”
