House opens latest seed funding round for BAME theatremakers (£3,000-£8,000)

House has opened its latest seed funding round with awards of £3000-£8000  available in the south east and eastern England.

The awards are aimed at supporting theatre makers and venues to explore new ways of creating theatre together, in partnership with potential audiences.

House is looking for ideas in early stages of development and hope to support a range of projects across the house network

Eligibility:

  • There’s always an emphasis on supporting venues with a limited track record for hosting the development of new work.
  • House will also be focusing on projects from BAME theatre makers and expect a significant proportion of awards they make to reflect this.

What to submit:   A 250 word max outline around any of the following strands:

  • A Night Out, 
  • A

How to apply: Applications through this online form and your must be a partnership between a theatre maker and a venue.
