Write/Cycle has put out a call for short plays.
The Brief: Write a 10 minute response to the classic text Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein! This can be in absolutely any way you wish as long as the original kernel of your idea comes from this text- albeit style, narrative, character, setting, a prologue- or anything else at all.
What you get: Your piece will be rehearsed by a professional cast of actors in one day and performed to a paying audience at the The Drayton Theatre, above The Drayton Arms, in the evening.
