Submissions are now open for ‘And, We’re Back’ a scratch night celebrating the fringe theatre community and supporting the reopening of the Bread and Roses Theatre after covid-19. Date still to be confirmed.
They are seeking submissions from writers with short plays no more than 14 minutes long, with a maximum of four characters and minimal set/tech requirements/ NB Writers you can submit up to two plays for consideration, this is to give you the opportunity of sending options, however, they will not both be performed. You do not need a director and cast assigned to submit.
They are also seeking writers of new musical theatre. Please submit a maximum of three musical numbers alongside a brief description of the background of the musical, character or song.
Finally, they are also looking for spoken word artists. Please submit a self-tape of you performing a maximum of three pieces.
