When Life Gives You Risk, Make Risk Theatre expands on the ideas laid out in Wong’s debut book and elaborates on how chance is a powerful and misunderstood force that directs the action, both on and off the stage. His vision of drama is one where risk is the dramatic fulcrum of the action. And of course, in his quest to define this global arts movement, Wong is continuing the Risk Theatre Modern Tragedy Competition, a contest juried by an international panel of professionals that awards $13K to playwrights each year.
