FIZZY SHERBET accepts short play submissions of 10-20 minutes length (maximum of 15 pages of script) for 1-4 characters by women writers* worldwide for their podcast.
This is a paid opportunity, each chosen writer will receive a fee, an audio production of the play & inclusion on our podcast. As well as new short plays, their podcast series features interviews with the playwrights about their piece, their process and their inspirations. They also interview a special guest. There are no guidelines on themes, please send them the play you are most excited about, which tells the story you most want to be heard.

*They are looking for submissions from all women, including trans women and non-binary people, who have been traditionally underrepresented in the theatre industry on gender lines, with the aim of presenting a varied and fascinating series of stories.
