Laurel Green

Laurel Green is an emerging playwright forging a long-desired second career after a successful, but less creative career in the corporate world. In 2021, her short plays Keeping Mum, directed by Louise Jameson and Little Things, directed by Julia Stubbs, were performed, respectively, at the Lion and Unicorn and Theatre 503, in London.  Two other short works also featured in 2021 in Scriptwriters & Co online scratch nights.  Her full-length works have reached long and short listing stages and she lives in hope of a full-length production.

Laurel writes what she enjoys – entertaining stories which also explore grey areas, ethical or social dilemmas and frequently centre women.
