London-based company Miniver Theatre are once again running their Minute Monologue Competition and are looking for creatives to write and film original monologues that are no longer than sixty seconds.
- The theme is ‘Three Little Words’ – incorporate this into your monologue however you like.
- They want monologues that really make them feel for the character featured. They want to love your character! Or they want to hate your character! They want monologues that inspire real emotion and successfully incorporate the theme.
- No set style.
- Edited however you like.
- No specialist equipment needed — feel free to use your phone.
You must be currently living in the UK or Ireland and 16 or over to enter. You will need to submit a written version of your monologue, a filmed version of yourself performing your original monologue and a few lines about your theatrical experience.

Three winners will be chosen and each shall receive £50.
