How to Develop your Playwriting Autumn 2019

A ten-week course led by playwright Chris Bush which will give an insight into approaches to developing your playwriting. Chris is a Sheffield-born playwright, lyricist and theatre-maker. She has been a resident artist for Sheffield Theatres, the Oxford Playhouse and the National Theatre Studio, and a member of the Orange Tree Theatre’s Writers’ Collective.

This course will focus on techniques, exercises and approaches to writing, with opportunities for discussion and shared group critiques.

Concession prices are reserved for Over 60s and students. Bursaries are available for this course; they are likely to cover between 10% and 25% of the total course cost and are assessed on a case by case basis.
