Description: BBC Writersroom have released details of their 2022 Drama Writers Programme. Selected writers will take part in a training scheme culminating in writing their own original drama script (paid).
Why is it so great? This is a big opportunity for writers who have a passion for TV Drama. If you’d like to take part in a professional development progamme and have the chance to write an original piece script, this one is for you. To apply, you’ll need to have had at least one piece of work professionally produced and/ or have an agent – and you’ll need to send along a spec script as along with a brand new idea. You have until 13 September to apply so plenty of time to get your application up to scratch!
