Red Human Films are producing their next short film for 2023 and are on the search for fantastic self-contained scripts. Successful applicants will have their work produced and be paid a writer’s fee of £150. Their previous films have gone on to be selected for film festivals in London and Los Angeles. So if you have a script you’ve been sitting on that’ll make an audience belly laugh, or feel like they’ve had their heart wrenched out – get submitting!
Submission Guidelines:
- All entries must be sent via email to submissions@redhumanfilms.com with a subject line ‘Open Call’ along with the script title.
- Scripts must be no longer than 15 pages.
- Submissions are welcome from anyone anywhere in England, but South East writers are strongly encouraged.
- Any genre is welcome, but must be written with a short-film budget in mind.
- Entries must include a CV and Script in PDF as an attachment.
Deadline: 6pm Monday 10th April 2023
