Stitchin’ Fiction accepting submissions for new writing event

An original new writing night where casting, rehearsal and performance takes place in the course of a SINGLE evening… 

Stitchin’ Fiction is a free, non-profit platform for creatives to come together in a workshopping environment. Writers with words stuck in their laptops and notebooks are given a pool of performers and a director for the night, who want to work and stretch their collaborative muscles and skills.

They are looking for Writers and Actors for their next event on Monday 1st July at Deli Studios, Theatre Deli Studios, Broadgate, 2 Finsbury Ave, London EC2M 2PA

The night runs as follows:

  • Writers/Directors and Performers Arrive
  • Industry Q&A
  • Assigned Speed Casting – Get your packs and groups
  • Rehearsal Workshopping Time
  • Audience Arrive: Public Scratch Performance 7:30pm
  • Audience/Participant Q&A

How to apply: writers must submit scripts of between 10-15 minutes and a character breakdown by Wednesday 19th June 2019 for the chance to be involved.
