Comedy writers and performers, can you make an original comedy show?
The team behind The Comedy Crowd and Chorts have introduced a new platform called “Punkanary” for creators to launch their comedy shows, whether they are sketches, web series, sitcoms, animations, or any form of on-screen original comedy.
They have teamed up with the LOCO London Comedy Film Festival to screen the best shows at the BFI in London in April 2019.
To qualify for the screening creators only need to set up a dedicated page for their comedy show on Punkanary by 31 December 2018. They then have until the end of February 2019 to work on their video before the final decision is made.
The shows selected for screening will be the ones that demonstrate the most fan engagement and buzz on Punkanary between now and February.
