The Dangerous Women Project accepting submissions

The Dangerous Women Project is an initiative of the Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities at the University of Edinburgh. It asks, what does it mean to be a ‘dangerous woman’?

The Institute is seeking contributions to the initiative as it seeks to explore questions about the dynamics, conflicts and power relations which women live with today. Your submission can be in the form of a video, images or prose.

The Project will curate 365 responses to the topic of ‘dangerous women’ between International Women’s Day, 2016 and International Women’s Day, 2017 – that’s a 12-month period ending in March, next year.

There’s a particular interest in pieces that will provoke discussion and submissions from ‘under-represented, marginalised or otherwise silenced voices’ are encouraged.

More details and how to apply:  visit the Dangerous Women Project’s website!

Deadline: 24 June 2016
