The OSO seeking new plays for Barnes Fringe Festival

The OSO is looking to develop and staged two new plays to be presented at the Barnes Fringe Festival in July.
What they are looking for: full-length, original works, either from companies or plays that have a director and actors in mind – although they ask that they’ve not previously been staged for longer than three weeks.
What you get: the OSO a small, black-box venue in the heart of Barnes, South-West London. They’ll provide rehearsal space, technical assistance and all the rest during the month of the show, as well as personal developmental support: including an opportunity to have a rehearsed reading in front of an audience to test it out. Off the back of audience feedback and a final week’s workshopping with them, the selected plays will then get the chance to perform again as a full production.
How to apply: to find out more and submit your piece, please visit their website (http://www.osoarts.org.uk/oso-writers-group), fill in the submission form and send it along with your script to jamie@osoarts.org.uk
Deadline: 27 April 2019 at midnight
