On November 9th 2015, Newham Asian Women’s Project and Two Monkeys TV are working alongside Theatre Royal Stratford East to present Empower House: A night of new material in celebration of the empowerment of women.
This event is at the beginning of 16 Days of Action, and is in support of charity Newham Asian Women’s Project and documentary film ‘Empower House’, which Two Monkeys TV have been developing inside Newham Asian Women’s Project and their refuges.
What to submit: They are looking for new writing, spoken word artists and poets to present new work surrounding the theme of women’s empowerment. They encourage submissions from artists of all genders and backgrounds.
