Wolverhampton Literature Festival Programme accepting proposals for 2027 .
At Wolverhampton Literature Festival, we are dedicated to championing the creative voices of Wolverhampton and the West Midlands. We aim to share diverse stories and showcase the talents of our creative communities. 2027, will see the 10th An
niversary of the Festival and we will be focused on celebrating Wolverhampton. Therefore, we are also open to hear from authors, poets, acts and organisations on ways we can celebrate the festival’s milestone by celebrating all things Wolves. As always, we are welcoming proposals from individuals, organisations, community groups, and venues to present their events, ideas, concepts, performances, readings, concerts, or talks as part of the Wolverhampton Literature Festival 2027 programme, running from the 5th to the 7th of February.
While we are primarily a Literature Festival, we are open to a range of art forms for the 2027 festival. If you have an idea or would like to showcase your talents on our stages, please do get in touch.
We encourage submissions from those who are underrepresented in our programming, including but not limited to disabled artists and people from Black, Asian, and global majority backgrounds.
The closing date for proposals is Midnight on the 16th of August.
