Whether you’re a writer wanting to test out a new script or an actor looking to get stuck in – we’d love to hear from you.
The event will take place on Thursday 19th June so please check your availability before you submit your applications.
For Writers:
- Pieces must be up to 15 minutes in length.
- Maximum of 3 characters per piece.
- Please keep in mind that the venue is small – staging will be minimal, so your piece should work well in a script-in-hand/read-through style.
- We’re open to all genres and themes – just make sure your piece is engaging, clear, and fits within the time limit. We are open to shorter pieces as well so don’t feel as if you have to submit something that fits the maximum time limit.
- If you would like to perform in your own piece then great! Just let us know in your email.

Include a short bio and a brief synopsis on what your piece is about.
For Actors:
- This is a relaxed performance evening, so there will be minimal movement and no full staging.
- We’ll match you with a piece based on your experience, interests, and availability.
- Rehearsals will be informal, arranged around availability in the weeks before the event.
