As part of our 2021 submissions window we’re super excited to announce our brand new mentoring scheme! As well as other opportunities for those who submit their plays to us this time round, which will largely be determined by the plays we receive, we wanted to let you know we’ll be selecting a small number of writers for mentoring over the course of the year.
What you get: selected writers will be assigned a mentor who will offer them dramaturgical support to help them to develop their script. They will also be invited to exclusive developmental workshops and to participate in group work, all with the aim of writing a polished draft of their play and improving your craft as a writer. The scheme will culminate in readings of the plays.
How to apply: we’ll be selecting writers for the scheme from those who submit plays to us using our submission window. To submit your play, find out more here.
