The successful candidate will support the Story Producer and Story Team to develop in the region of 212 x 30’ episodes of EastEnders a year – on time, on budget and to the highest possible creative standard.

An ideal candidate will be proactive and show the ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. They will have a flexible approach to their duties as the Story department is a constant changing environment.
It would be an advantage to have some experience working in a highly demanding secretarial or administrative role exercising initiative and working unsupervised whilst embracing a variety of office technology to assist in the production of printed matter.
You will show excellent interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to establish and maintain effective working relations with the Story Department, colleagues, writers, members of production and cast. Having a passion for television drama is desirable.
