Theatre companies Sohaya Visions and Mukul and Ghetto Tigers are looking for scripts that promote tolerance and understanding in imaginative ways for their RAFTA award (Rise Against Fanaticism Through the Arts).
The winner will be awarded £1,000 to develop the work to performance stage. 2 runner-up scripts will be selected for a reading with professional actors in London.
The script should be an original piece and come with a short covering letter on yourself, why you wrote the script, and why it is suitable for RAFTA.
Submissions must be by those aged over 18, and a minimum length of 25 pages.
