Sky Blue Theatre Company is open for submissions for The British Theatre Challenge for Schools – a national competition designed to encourage children at KS2 and KS3 in creative writing for performance.
What you get: The winning play will be performed by professional actors alongside adult competition winners at The Lost Theatre in London in October 2017 and a film of the performance will be posted on YouTube.
What to submit:
- Plays must run for no more than 5 minutes.
- No more than 5 characters in the play.
- No character under the age of 10 unless a babe in arms.
- Plays may be submitted as Word attachment, hand written or voice recording. Find further format examples and help see the Sky Blue website
